THE FINNISTERS

This project is the culmination experience of Berklee Valencia’s masters in scoring for film, television and video games. The music was scored to a self-written script briefly described below. The Finnisters is the story of a little girl called Lucy who meets dwarf-looking folk that live around clocks and are the masters of time, known as the Finnisters. It takes place in the late Victorian era in London, before electricity existed. They need to save the world from a leprechaun that wants to rule over everyone, and in doing so they travel to a place called the Sea of Plymmore, using a clock that turns itself into a ship. The battle takes place and, after a lot of struggle a near defeat; friendship, determination and courage are the main factors that make a small company of Finnisters and an unlikely heroin -Lucy- overcome their enemy.

This is a single-movement piece written for string quartet based on the poem “El Cerdito”, by Uruguayan author Juan Carlos Onetti.

INSTRUMENTAL FUSION TRIO

This is a case of collective composition with an instrumental trio where tango, classical music and rock are combined.

CONTEMPORARY MUSIC

This is is a concert piece for an ensemble of flute, clarinet, piano and string quartet (almost a pierrot formation)
