Julian Barbieri is a composer for visual media currently risiding in London. His work spans the genres of fantasy, suspense, terror, and comedy, among others. He is due to premiere “EMI”, a short film by ESCAC’s director Manel Gonda on 20th March 2025 in Barcelona. Currently he is working on the score of a documentary by film director Cecilia Mena which will premiere in July 2025, and in two immersive experiences with digital artist Victoria Fard. Having studied at Berklee, Goldsmiths and Argentina’s National University, his background is fluent in contemporary and film music. He has both Italian and Argentinian citizenships.
